Digital Product Refund Policy

At Body by Belanger, all workout plans, meal plans, and digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these products.

No refunds will be provided for:
✔Workout programs (PDF downloads)
✔ Meal plans (PDF downloads)
✔ Any other digital products available for purchase

Why are digital products non-refundable?
Once a digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned. This policy ensures fairness and prevents misuse of our content.

1-on-1 Coaching Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our 1-on-1 private coaching services operate on a monthly subscription model.

✔ Coaching fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable once paid.
✔ You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.
✔ To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be requested before your renewal date.

Refund Exceptions

Although refunds are generally not provided, we may consider them under the following circumstances:

✔ Duplicate Charge – If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
✔ Technical Issue – If you did not receive access to your purchased digital product due to a system error.
✔ Unauthorized Payment – If a payment was processed fraudulently and proven through bank records.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

✔ If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, access to all Body by Belanger services will be revoked until the issue is resolved.
✔ Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent banning from our services.
✔ We encourage customers to contact us first before disputing a charge—we are happy to resolve any issues!
