Starting Body by Belanger, my online personal training business, is more than just a career move for me — it’s the culmination of years of passion, hard work, and a deep desire to help others transform their lives. My Athletic Background

From a young age, I was immersed in sports. I played lacrosse and football, which ignited my passion for fitness and competition. My love for lacrosse took me through high school and led me to play at Stockton University during my college years. But it didn’t stop there — after college, I needed new challenges to test my physical and mental limits, which led me to endurance sports.

To date, I’m a 14-time Spartan Race finisher and a two-time ultra-marathoner. Each race, each finish line, taught me something new about perseverance, discipline, and the ability to push beyond what I thought was possible. These experiences shaped my philosophy as a trainer: it’s about building a strong body and a strong mind. The obstacles I faced in those races were tough, but the lessons learned from overcoming them were invaluable.
